The Wabash Valley Community Foundation has partnered with the Terre Haute Rotary Club, the Brazil Rotary Club and the Sullivan Rotary Club over the past four years to provide dictionaries to every third grade student in Clay, Sullivan and Vigo counties in West Central Indiana.
