This is the 3rd year that our board and staff have visited each public and private school in Clark and Floyd counties in Indiana and gave a book to each 3rd grade student. We have done this project a number of years and are very proud to give to students.

The Bedford Rotary Club has been doing this for several years, and it is one of our favorite projects that is enthusiastically and automatically approved every year. This will be our 7th year with the Dictionary Project.

AT&T Midstate Pioneers have been involved since 2006/2007 school year. We have been able to grow from 7 schools to 20 schools. We are excited to be donating these wonderful dictionaries to the third graders. The fact that it is their book and they can take it home to help them with their writing projects is so encouraging.

This is a new project for the Madison Elks Lodge. We kept seeing where other Lodges were giving dictionaries to third graders and it stirred our curiosity. We checked the Elks website and were referred to The Dictionary Project. Your website is easy to work with.

Wonderful program-this will be the sixth year. Children are really excited about receiving the books and put them right to work. Has been very rewarding and has had a positive impact on the students.
