Rotary District 6880 delivers dictionaries

Rotary District 6880 has begun delivering dictionaries to all of the 3rd graders in the 31 counties of southern Alabama which are within the district’s boundaries. The Rotary Clubs were able to purchase the dictionaries with a grant from the Malone Family Foundation of Alabama, whose mission is to improve access to quality education — particularly at the secondary school level — for gifted students who lack the financial resources to best develop their talents.
