Paris Civitan Club members hand out dictionaries to Henry County third graders

 Jan Doall of the Paris Civitan Club hands out dictionaries to the third grade class of Mendi Lassiter this morning at Lakewood School. Doall and fellow Civitan Club member Margaret Weaks gave the dictionaries to students in all five of the school’s third-grade classes this morning with the help of the school’s Lisa Jackson. The club intends to put a dictionary in the hands of more than 400 third-grade students in the Paris Special School District and Henry County School System during the next few days. Doall said the club hopes to make the dictionary donation, now in its second year, an annual tradition.
