Melba students appreciate dictionaries

Walters Butte Grange and Rebekah’s Lodge enjoyed visiting Melba Elementary School to give the third graders dictionaries. Here are some of the letters they received.

Thank you for my fantastastic dictionary it’s very special to me. I learnd that kid means kidding. Every time I don’t know what a word means, I look it up. When I got my dictionary I felt amazing, proud, wonderful, and spectacular.

Thank you for the awesome dictionary. I like it a lot. I didnt know that Pluto is a Dwarf Planet. I also didnt know sheer was a word or that there is the world’s longest word. I didnt know that the sun was made out of hiterjen and helam. Thank you vary much.

Thank you for the amazing dictionary. I like it because it has Sign Language. Aircraft is a new word I learned. It means a machine capable of flying.
