Mullins Rotary Changes Gavel

Article posted: Monday, July 27, 2015 9:45 am by the Marion Star & Mullins Enterprise MULLINS, S.C. — The Rotary Club of Mullins held its Changing of the Gavel Banquet recently at Anderson Brothers Conference Center where club President Brian Wallace informed members and guest of the a few highlights during the past year. The club contributed $11,351 to charitable projects during the fiscal year ended June 30, he said. The Club’s donations and projects included: Manna House, Son Fun, Wildlife Action, Marion County Animal Shelter, Make Your Mark Foundation, SC Boys State, Mullins High School and Pee Dee Academy Scholarships, third grade Dictionary Project, “Born to Read” Project, Polio Plus, Coins for Alzheimer’s Research Trust (CART) fund, and The Rotary Foundation.
