Kiwanis Club of Apache Junction Distributes Over 260 Dictionaries to Local Students.
The Kiwanis Club of Apache Junction proudly participated in The Dictionary Project for the first time this year, delivering dictionaries to all fifth-grade students at four local schools: Peralta Trail Elementary, Four Peaks Elementary, Desert Vista Elementary, and the Avalon Charter School of Apache Junction.
The club successfully distributed over 260 dictionaries, helping students build their vocabulary and strengthen their learning skills. In their message to The Dictionary Project, the club shared, “We thank you for the chance to enhance the lives of the children in our community.”
By joining The Dictionary Project, the Kiwanis Club of Apache Junction is making a lasting impact on literacy and education in their community — empowering students, one dictionary at a time.
