The Pasadena Rotary Fish Fry and Family Fun Day is scheduled Saturday (March 28) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
The event will feature tasty food, music, a photo booth, a raffle and lots of kid-friendly activities. Food service starts at 11 a.m. and will offer food prepared by the cooking team of the Harris County Precinct 8 Constable Phil Sandlin’s crew. Plates are available for dine-in or take-out until 2 p.m.
Proceeds from fish fry will benefit community projects sponsored by The Rotary Club of Pasadena such as Early Act First Knight program at Red Bluff Elementary and Morales Elementary, the third grade dictionary project for all Pasadena ISD elementary schools and scholarships and support for a variety of worthwhile community activities, organizers say. Proceeds will also benefit The Rotary Club of Pasadena’s international projects such as world-wide polio eradication and humanitarian projects in Chinendega, Nicaragua and Burkino, West Africa.
Fish fry tickets are $10.
