Solvang Rotary donates dictionaries to Bulldogs

In its continuing efforts to support literacy in the Santa Ynez Valley, Solvang Rotary Club recently donated dictionaries to Jonata Middle School’s sixth-grade class. Each student received a personal dictionary to keep at home. The dictionary distribution is part of the nationally recognized Dictionary Project, where organizations can sponsor students at schools and nonprofit agencies as recipients of a wide variety of educational books. The dictionary distribution is another project of the 2011 Vocational Services avenue for Solvang Rotary Club.
