I think we have been doing it for about 8 years. The students always enjoy getting the dictionaries and the teachers are pleased as well.

This is only our 2nd year to participate in the project, and hope to be able to continue. A very satisfying project, it’s great to hear the feedback from the children and teachers…

This is our third year and we thoroughly enjoy presenting the dictionaries to the students. We are known around town as the “Dictionary Ladies”. The Dictionary Project is a wonderful tool to excite children about learning and reading.

A teacher from one of our schools, St. Athanasius, wrote to the Knights to say that some of her students had told her that these dictionaries were the first presents they had ever received, ever.
