My second year participating in the program! I think it is a great program and very necessary.

We have been doing this project every year since 2001. We believe it’s a valuable project and the teachers have been asked if it’s still worth while, which they all agree it is.

The program works well. It is inexpensive and the web site is easy to use. The children benefit greatly because of this.

We have been doing this project for several years now. Love the dictionaries – they have so much more information than a regular dictionary.

We make a visit to each of our elementary schools that participate with us to make a presentation and then distribute the dictionaries. Our group formed 3 years ago and gave out close to 2000 Dictionaries that first year to all third graders in 2 public school districts plus private schools and home-schooled children. We have been participating for 4 years and hope to get to reach out to other schools in our area. We believe this is a worthwhile program, and very glad to be able to participate.

Southeast Polk Kiwanis has been giving dictionaries to all third graders in the district for several years. When the school lets us deliver them to the classroom, it is very rewarding to see smiles on their faces and hear “thank you” from each child and teacher.
