We have been doing this program for several years and greatly enjoy it!

We have been providing back-to-school supplies for underprivileged children attending the Devereux Hospital School for over 10 years. This year we are adding a dictionary to the supplies. Case workers make the list of supplies and Rotarians shop for the supplies which are then distributed to the students. Great program. This will be the ninth year that the Niswonger Foundation has participated in The Dictionary Project. We present the dictionaries to third grade students in the city and county schools of Greeneville/Greene County, Tennessee. This is a great project. The children are always so excited to get them.
