This is the third time we have used The Dictionary Project to provide third graders with their own learning tools! The Dictionary Project makes it possible for ANYONE to donate!

We have been handing out dictionaries for 5+ years. Wonderful program, very well received.

This is our seventh year of providing dictionaries to all of Golden’s 3rd graders, and our fourth year of providing thesauruses to all 7th graders. It is gratifying to see the smiles on the kids’ faces and fun to read the thank you notes from the 3rd graders.

Our Club is in its fourth year of providing dictionaries to all the 3rd graders in seven schools. Our Kiwanis Club started with 1 school 3 years ago, expanded to 2, then 3, now 9; because various members made contact with different schools. Elementary school principals and counselors like the project, and the children delight in receiving their own dictionary.

Five years, and the school district looks forward to us coming every year.

We have a ‘cookbook for readers’ project. We are selling cookbooks written by a local lady and the proceeds go for the dictionaries.

The FSP Rotary Club has been giving dictionaries to all 3rd graders for over five years. It is a great experience for the children and the club members. It is one of our club activities that almost all members participate in. We are also donating to a private school in Hillside, NJ. You do a great job.
