The children absolutely love getting their dictionaries. Their little faces simply light up. It is a rewarding experience to the club members who deliver them to the students.

Boise Sunrise Rotary has been distributing dictionaries for a few years. It is a popular event with our members, as they love to see the smiles on the children’s faces when they receive their new dictionary.

We all think this is the greatest project ever. The children just love to be able to get their very own dictionary. We also provide a bookmark so pages of the book are not dog-eared and thus worn out too soon.

I have been participating for three years. I distribute the wrapped dictionaries to the students just before winter break. Dixie County Rotary Club has been providing the dictionaries to 3rd graders in Dixie County for over 5 years. It is one of our most successful and appreciated projects.
