Alan Walters, District Governor 2009-2010, Rotary District 7770, Georgetown, SC

This project began in Georgetown County during the 1999-2000 school year by the county’s Rotary Clubs and has delivered more than 10,000 dictionaries to area students. This is a wonderful program, and I am excited that it is based in our Rotary District.
