As my students and I were using The Best Student Dictionary for Students, it occurred to me to write with my thanks. We often use this dictionary in class for many purposes. It is proving to be a very useful and valuable resource. I want to compliment the publisher, The Dictionary Project, for compiling such an excellent version of a student dictionary. It has exactly what I want and need to instruct my 3rd graders. I am very particular about the materials I use with my students, and I’ve rejected any number of dictionaries for being inadequate or overly complex, but this one is perfect for my grade!

I sincerely hope your organization will continue to donate dictionaries to our Ramona 3rd grade in the coming years, and if so, please get these same ones from the Dictionary Project!
