Dear Mrs. French,

I’m just writing to tell you how thankful I am for those dictionaries that you gave us. Here are some reasons why I am thankful. 1. Cause it gives me something for me and my brother to do when we are bored like playing the what does it mean game. Reason 2. Cause it helps me spell and now almost every word I write isn’t wrong. Reason 3. I get the meanings of words. Reason 4. It helps me and the children in my class to read better. Reason 5. It helped us do well on the PACT test. Reason 6. It helps us in math , especially in measuring. Reason 7. It lets or helps us learn big words like these words, inspire, internet, earthquake, quicksand, and volcano.
