Members of our American Legion Auxiliary unit plus Legionnaires go to the school and present the dictionary to each third grade student. We also give a flag etiquette presentation and give each child a small flag with flag code booklet. The elementary school principal has been very cooperative with us this assembly presentation. Our organization has been doing this for 5 years and the students are very appreciative to us. On behalf of the 350 students that have received dictionaries the past few years, THANK YOU for starting this program.
