We provide dictionaries for all of the third graders in Cobleskill, Richmondville, and Gilboa-Conesville Central Schools in Schoharie County, NY. The program is very well received within the school system and the students really like the dictionaries. The dictionary contents tie in nicely with the third grade curriculum. Of all of our lodge programs, this is the easiest one to raise money for. Everyone seems to recognize the necessity of our children becoming literate and most are generous with their money when it comes to supporting this program.
