Maxwell American Legion Auxiliary Unit 249, Department of Iowa, has been donating the Dictionary Project Dictionaries to our local Elementary School – Collins-Maxwell Elementary School for a number of years. The students really enjoy getting these dictionaries in the 3rd grade, and they get to keep them through Elementary, Middle & High School. It is such a great project, and the reward from hearing from the students and teachers make it a worthwhile project for our community.
