The Tulare Rotary Clubs of Tulare (both Sunrise & Noon) work together on this project to distribute a dictionary to each and every 3rd grade student in Tulare City School District, both public and private and the surrounding districts for Tulare. We come together to label and split up the books for the individual schools for delivery. We actually make it a party, with dinner served at the completion of the labeling and boxing. All the 3rd grade students love receiving a dictionary of there own, and we are proud to do this for them.
