This is our 4th year participating in the Dictionary Project and we are approaching 2500 dictionaries handed out!! I heard about this project at the Elks National Convention 5 years ago and thought that it was a worthwhile project to bring back to the local lodge. I am amazed every year at the excitement in the students when they receive their own personal dictionary. The principals and teachers bend over backward to accommodate us, and the thank-you letters we receive from the kids are wonderful.
