Ruth Nelson, Ohop Grange # 812, Eatonville, WA

We have donated dictionaries to all the children in the Eatonville School District for seven years now. Many of the children have siblings that have already gotten a dictionary in years past, so they are anxiously waiting to get their very own dictionary. It is a thrill for our Grange members to give out these dictionaries and see how excited the students are and how they immediately start going through the book to see what they can find. I would like to add that the teachers also appreciate that when we give out these dictionaries, they also receive one, because it makes it easier to do a lesson plan when they all have the same book.
