The Rotary Club of Cochran

April 19, 2016,   Dear Sir or Madam, The Cochran Rotary Club has been giving dictionaries to third graders ever since 2001. We give them to the third graders at Bleckley County Elementary School. One year after the students had had the dictionaries for about 5 months the third grade at this school scored first in the State in the Literary Competition.
