After a very generous donation from a corporate children's foundation, we are proud to say that we will be able to give ALL of the third graders in Chula Vista a dictionary this year!!
Once again the Greencastle Elks Lodge # 1077 participated in the Dictionary Project, which provided dictionaries to all Putnam County fifth graders, along with a thesaurus and world atlas.
Every fourth-grade student in the Williamson School System and home-schooled student is given their own age-appropriate dictionary.
Walter's Butte Grange and Melba Rebekah Lodge have provided dictionaries for the third graders at Melba Elementary School for the fifth year in a row.
