The Jersey City Rotary Club last week began the distribution of dictionaries to 3,000 children in Jersey City’s public school district.

Each year, about this time, the Liberty Rotary Club donates a brand new dictionary to every third grader at Liberty Elementary School.

Private and public school children are recipients of the dictionaries, which are purchased through the Dictionary Project.

835 dictionaries have been distributed to Private, District 122 and District 123 schools in and around the Oak Lawn area.
