The Canajoharie-Fort Plain Elks Lodge has been participating in the Dictionary Project since 2004. They serve six elementary schools, providing dictionaries and drug awareness materials.

Among the many youth activities Ellisville Elks Lodge 2664 supports is its dictionary project. The mission is to distribute dictionaries to third-grade students in the community.

As area elementary school students begin to brainstorm what they want for the holidays, children can cross one item off their lists: a dictionary.

Newark Elks Lodge No. 1249 and the Newark Rotary recently partnered to distribute over 100 dictionaries to nine third-grade classes at Kelley Intermediate School.

It has become a tradition in Oswego schools.
Once again the Oswego Elks Lodge # 271 representatives toured Oswego elementary schools and continued support of area youth.

RED RIBBON week started out with visits to all the local schools including East Las Vegas, West Las Vegas, Mora and Wagon Mound.

The Tucumcari Elks Lodge # 1172 has, for the third year in a row, distributed dictionaries and drug awareness bookmarks, red ribbons, and coloring books to third graders in five elementary schools.

Beginning October 22nd to November 5th, the Watertown Elks Lodge will distribute dictionaries to 3rd graders as a part of their annual Dictionary Project.
