This will be our second year. We are in a mid to low income district. I can assure you that the Dictionary may be the first book ever given to some of our children that they can call their own. Thank you so much for the opportunity to contribute to such a worthy cause.

The Grange members spend the afternoon with the 3rd graders and use the dictionary project to get to know them. This is the ninth year we have been doing the project and many older ones we started out with have their book with them in school when we ask about them.

We would like to give credit to all of the customers at our public suppers and craft fairs who support us in this project. We do a raffle each year which funds the project. Also the Maine State Grange has a Community Service Grant Program that will reinburse us 50% of the cost of the dictionaries.

We (Twisp Valley Grange) donate to all 3rd graders in upper Methow Valley. We started in 2002 I think. It’s an opportunity for us as an organization to touch the lives of our future generation. We think your project is GREAT!

We have been giving dictionaries in several different areas for over 6 years. This is a great program and all the teachers and students are thrilled to receive them.

We have been doing the dictionary project for all 3rd graders in our county for several years. A fantastic project. You supply a good product at an affordable price.

We have been participating for over 7 years now, and it is one of our more popular public service projects for both the children and the Grangers. This is a great idea. We are proud to participate. The children get so excited when they get their dictionaries.

Oakview Grange members have done the Dictionary Project as one of their major annual projects for 7 years now. Over 700 dictionaries have been presented thus far. It’s a win-win for all involved – Students, teachers and the Grange.

This is the 7th year our Grange has participated. Great program! The students are thrilled with them every year and use them regularly.

The kids love these dictionaries as do their teachers.
